Produced by macerating ripe strawberries in an apple-based distillate over an extended period to extract colour and flavour. After infusion, it is blended with spring water and a controlled amount of sugar to achieve balance and clarity. The result is a deep ruby-red liqueur with a smooth texture, a pronounced strawberry profile and fresh acidity. Alcohol content: 17.5% ABV. Often served neat or over ice and used as a base for mixed drinks and cocktails.

Production
