Crafted by macerating fragrant, fully ripe strawberries in our proprietary apple distillate, this liqueur balances vivid fruit with a silk-smooth texture. It pours a deep ruby red hue and, at 17.5% ABV, delivers generous strawberry character lifted by fresh acidity. After a slow infusion, the spirit is harmonised with pure spring water and a precise touch of sugar to preserve a clean, fruit-true profile—equally rewarding neat, over ice, or as a vibrant base for cocktails.

Production

Select strawberries are slowly macerated for several months in our apple distillate to extract natural colour and flavour. The infusion is then blended with pure spring water and a measured amount of sugar to achieve clarity, balance and a refined, fruit-forward character.
