LUNIN Apple Brandy is crafted from cider double-distilled in a traditional copper still over a wood fire, then matured for 12 months in new Carpathian oak. Blended with pure spring water and left unfiltered to preserve character, it shows ripe orchard apple, light caramel and gentle baking spice on the nose. The palate is smooth and rounded, with bright fruit, honeyed depth and soft vanilla from the oak; the finish is long, warm and elegantly spiced. A precise, small-batch brandy that reflects both craftsmanship and origin in every sip.
