LUNIN Apple Brandy is made from cider double-distilled in a traditional copper still heated over a wood fire, then matured for 12 months in new Carpathian oak barrels. After ageing, it is blended with spring water and bottled without filtration to retain its natural profile. The aroma shows ripe orchard apple, light caramel and gentle baking spice. The palate is smooth and rounded, with bright fruit, honeyed depth and soft vanilla from the oak, leading to a long, warm, subtly spiced finish.
