Payment Options

We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes.

Age confirmation: By purchasing, you confirm you are 18+.

Age Verification (18+)

To comply with UK law, we verify age at checkout and/or on delivery (Challenge 25). Couriers may request a valid photo ID (passport, UK/Irish photocard driving licence, PASS-accredited card). If age cannot be verified, the order may be cancelled or delivery refused. Alcohol cannot be left in a safe place or with minors.

Failed age check / undeliverable:
If delivery is refused due to failed age verification or no eligible recipient (18+) is present, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the product price (if unopened and undamaged) less any actual delivery/return costs incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before [12:00] (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • After the cutoff, weekends and bank holidays: next business day dispatch.

  • You will receive Order Confirmation and Tracking Details by email.

UK Delivery

  • Standard (Tracked): [£4.95], 2–3 business days.

  • Express (Tracked): [£7.95], Next business day.

  • Remote areas (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland): allow 2–5 business days; pricing may vary at checkout.

Deliveries are tracked by our courier partners. An adult (18+) must be available to receive the parcel (Challenge 25 may apply). Alcohol cannot be left in a safe place or with minors. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or BFPO addresses.

Failed Delivery & Address Changes

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will offer re-delivery or collection options. For address changes, contact us before dispatch; changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Damages, Returns & Refunds

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • For safety and compliance, we cannot accept returns of opened alcoholic products.

  • Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days; see our Terms of Sale / Returns for details.

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
