Liqueur is produced by macerating ripe sour cherries in an apple-based distillate over an extended period to extract colour and flavour. After infusion, it is blended with spring water and a controlled amount of sugar to achieve a clear, balanced profile. The result is a deep red liqueur with a smooth texture, a pronounced sour-cherry character, moderate sweetness and fresh acidity, with a subtle almond note. Alcohol content: 17.5% ABV. It is often served lightly chilled, neat or over ice, and used as a base for spritzes, sours and cherry-focused cocktails.

Production
