YAGODANKA Sour Cherry Liqueur is crafted by macerating fully ripe cherries in our proprietary apple distillate, then carefully balancing the infusion with pure spring water and a touch of sugar to preserve a vivid, fruit-true profile. At 17.5% ABV, it opens with an intense sour-cherry aroma and a faint almond nuance; the palate is silky and generous, where bright cherry acidity lifts natural sweetness and carries through to a clean, lingering finish. Enjoy lightly chilled on its own or over ice, or use as a vibrant cornerstone for spritzes, sours and cherry-forward cocktails.

Production

Only fully ripe cherries are macerated in our proprietary apple distillate for several months to extract natural colour and flavour. The infusion is then harmonised with a precise measure of sugar and pure spring water to achieve a smooth, fruit-true profile.
