Produced by macerating ripe blackberries in an apple-based distillate over an extended period. The infusion is then blended with spring water and a controlled amount of sugar to achieve balance and clarity. The finished product has a dark ruby colour, a smooth texture, and a clear blackberry flavour profile. Alcohol content: 17.5% ABV. Suitable for consumption neat, over ice, or as an ingredient in mixed drinks.

Production
