Our inaugural Ukrainian dry gin is a small-batch spirit crafted from a selection of botanicals grown and handpicked in Ukraine. The recipe was developed over three years of trials to achieve a precise, balanced expression of juniper, citrus and regional herbs. The palate is dry and structured, with clear juniper at the core, lifted by bright citrus, floral notes and gentle spice. The aromatic profile reflects the character of the local terroir, offering a clean, contemporary take on a classic dry gin style. Well suited for classic gin serves, it is commonly used in martinis, gin & tonics and other long drinks where a defined, botanically driven profile is required.

Production

Twenty-one selected botanicals are infused in a plum-based spirit for two weeks to extract their flavour and aroma. The infused spirit is then distilled and blended with natural spring water to achieve a clear, balanced profile.
