17.5% ABV · 50 cl. Produced by slow maceration of blackcurrants in apple distillate with a multi-month infusion. Deep purple colour. Medium-sweet profile with clear cassis notes and fresh berry acidity; smooth texture and a clean finish. After infusion, the spirit is blended with spring water and a measured amount of sugar. Serve neat, over ice, or as a cocktail base.

Production

Select blackcurrants are macerated for several months in apple distillate to extract natural colour and flavour. The infusion is then blended with spring water and a measured amount of sugar to deliver a clear, balanced, fruit-forward profile. Serve neat, over ice, or in cocktails
