Crafted by slow-macerating fragrant blackcurrants in our proprietary apple distillate, this liqueur captures the variety’s inky depth and vibrant freshness. It pours a deep purple hue and, at 17.5% ABV, shows a silk-smooth texture with concentrated cassis character. After months of infusion, the spirit is harmonised with pure spring water and a precise touch of sugar to preserve a clean, fruit-true profile – equally rewarding neat, over ice, or as a rich base for cocktails.

Production

Select blackcurrants are macerated for several months in our apple distillate to extract natural colour and flavour. The infusion is then blended with pure spring water and a measured amount of sugar to achieve clarity, balance and a refined, fruit-forward character.
