Liqueur is produced by macerating ripe cranberries in an apple-based distillate over an extended period to extract colour and flavour. After infusion, it is blended with spring water and a controlled amount of sugar to achieve a clear, balanced profile. The result is a deep red liqueur with a smooth texture, a pronounced cranberry character and fresh acidity. Alcohol content: 17.5% ABV. It is often served neat or over ice and used as a base for mixed drinks and cocktails.

Production
