Elderberry & Honey Brandy

LUNIN Elderberry & Honey Brandy is made from a wine of ripe elderberries and locally sourced honey, naturally fermented before distillation. The young spirit rests for at least six months in Carpathian oak, is then double-distilled for clarity, and returned to seasoned casks to allow the fruit, honey and oak components to integrate.

On the nose, dark berry and wildflower honey meet soft caramel and baking spice. The palate is smooth and gently sweet, layering ripe berries, honeycomb and light vanilla, while the finish is warm, lingering and subtly oaked. Serve at 12–16 °C in 30–50 ml pours as a contemplative sip, or pair with fine cheeses, dark chocolate and spiced desserts.
